We advance you 95% on your freight invoices. It's that easy! Our service charge is a flat, low 5% rate. We do not have a variable service charge plans. As a result, your service charge will not be based on your customers’ payment history, their credit rating, your monthly volume, the date we receive your customers’ payment, or other variable factors.

2. Same Day or 24-Hour Funding

We will advance you 95% on your invoices within 24-hours of receipt of your invoices - guaranteed. If you like, we can pay you via Wire Transfer the same day we receive your invoices. Match Factors, Inc. offers a variety of different funding plans, including same day Wire Transfer and next day electronic ACH or Fuel Card Funding. 3. Service Charge Reduction

Our standard service charge is a flat 5% rate. Although we have a very low standard rate, we will consider reducing the service charge for clients that meet certain standards, which may include high monthly sales volumes and credit worthy customers, to list a few. Regardless of your rate, your service charge will be based on a flat service charge plan. We do not employ variable service charge plans nor use low, intro- rate gimmicks to get you to join. 4. Free Online Account Management

We offer FREE online account management. Clients will receive a unique user name and password to our website upon becoming a client in our program. Our online account management portal includes general reports and debtor credit information. All of this information is available 24-hours a day, and will allow you to manage your business and our relationship better.

5. First Month Reserve Fund Establishment

We maintain 15% of your open accounts receivable in a reserve (escrow) account. We establish your reserve in your first month, and manage it accordingly thereafter. During your first month, you will receive an 80% cash advance on your invoices. After your first month, you will receive a 95% cash advance. We do not employ a REVOLVING reserve fund. As a result, we will not continually withhold money from your settlements for your reserve and then periodically disburse the reserve money to you when your customers pay their invoices. We understand that your money is important to you. That is why we establish your reserve fund during your first month.

6. 90-Day Recourse

We have a 90-day recourse policy. We'll advance you money on your invoices, and we'll try to collect payment from your customers within a 90-day recourse period. If your customer fails to pay us within the 90-day period, the invoice will then become your responsibility. Most factoring companies only offer a 60 or 75-day recourse program.

7. No Volume Commitments

We do not require a minimum or maximum volume commitment from our clients. A volume commitment is where you promise to factor a certain volume of freight bills with the factor. If you don't meet your minimum commitment or you exceed your maximum commitment, you will have to pay an additional fee. Your business volumes change - your truck may break down, you may add a truck, etc. Why commit to a volume that you may or may not meet? With Match Factors, you don't have to.

8. No Time Commitments

We do not require any time commitments from our clients. Most factoring programs make you sign a 6-month or 1-year commitment. If you are dissatisfied with their program and you want to cancel during your time commitment, the factoring company will charge you an "Early Termination Fee." We pride ourselves on offering outstanding client service. As such, if you are dissatisfied at ANY time with our program, you can cancel with NO PENALTY.

9. Broker Quick Pay Matching Plan

We realize that a lot of brokers may offer you a lower service charge on their loads. For those clients wishing to factor their invoices with us yet wanting to take advantage of the lower quick pay rate can continue to factor their invoices with us. 10. Factor Fuel Card

11. Unlimited, Free Credit Checks

We provide unlimited, free credit checks for our clients. There are no limits to how often you can use this service. Some factoring companies only allow their clients a specific limit on the number of credit checks. In addition, our clients can check a check a customer’s credit with our Online Account Management system.
