Winter Weather Notice for January 21, 2022

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for our area from midnight tonight through Saturday for the Northeastern portion of South Carolina, where our office is located. Our area is expected to receive significant ice accumulation from freezing rain with the possibility of snow around mid-day to late afternoon on Friday, January 21, 2022. Forecasters are predicting icy roads and bridges, downed tree limbs and significant power outages, making driving conditions extremely hazardous and dangerous.

To ensure the safety of our employees and customers, Match Factors has made the decision to close its main office to the public and all team members will be working remotely tomorrow (contingent on employees maintaing power). We will be monitoring conditions throughout the day and we will keep you apprised if we need to alter our contingency plans.

Despite the interruption to tomorrow's office schedule, we will endeavor process and service all of our customers. We also encourage customers to communicate with us using email if you are unable to reach us via phone.
