Hurricane Ian Update

The National Hurricane Center has issued a Hurricane Warning for Florence County, SC, which is where our office is located. Hurricane Ian is expected to make landfall in or around Charleston, SC, as a Category 1 hurricane on Friday. Our area is expected to receive tropical force winds and up to 6 inches of heavy rain from the storm.

Due to the inclement weather posed by Hurricane Ian and to ensure the safety of our customers and employees, Match Factors has made the decision to close its main office building to the public and will operate on a "virtual" basis on Friday, September 30, 2022. We will re-open at normal operating hours on Monday, October 3, 2022.

Our "virtual" operating schedule is contingent on the company and its team members maintaining power. We will be monitoring conditions throughout the day, and we will keep you apprised if we need to alter our contingency plans.

Despite the interruption to tomorrow's office schedule, we will endeavor to assist and serve all of our customers. We encourage you to communicate with us using email if you are unable to reach us on the phone. In addition, we highly recommend you submit your invoices to us as early as possible in the event we lose power or have to close.

Please refer to the Online Client Portal for updated information. Also please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. And for all of our customers impacted by Hurricane Ian, please stay safe!
