For the safety and security of our customers and employees, Match Factors will be closing its main office at 3 pm on Tuesday, January 9, 2024.

Strong thunderstorms, heavy rain (including hail), severe flooding, high winds (with up to 60 mph wind gusts), and threats of tornados are expected in our area this afternoon.

All schedules will be processed and funded as normal today. Furthermore, we will continue to respond to all customer service inquiries via phone and email throughout today's duration, provided that we don't experience any power outages at our main office and/or offsite team member locations.

We endeavor to open at normal hours on Wednesday, January 10, 2024.
